1 General Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the cd33 bat platform and all its associated services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between cd33 bat and each registered member who uses this platform.

By accessing the site, creating an account, making a deposit, or taking part in any game or betting service, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using cd33 bat.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To register and use the services on cd33 bat, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • You are entitled to open only one account in your own name.

3 Account Registration

To open an account on cd33 bat, you must provide accurate and complete information. If any false or misleading information is found in the details provided at registration, the account will be cancelled and the associated balance may be forfeited.

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) fully confidential. If someone accesses your account without authorisation, notify cd33 bat support immediately. The user is primarily responsible for the security of their account.

3.2 Single Account

Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all accounts will be cancelled and all earned balances, including bonus benefits, may be forfeited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

cd33 bat supports the following payment methods for users in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.1 Deposit Terms

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
  • The deposit account must be registered in the user's own name.
  • Deposits made using a third party's payment method are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
  • Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
  • If account verification is not complete, the withdrawal process may be delayed.
  • If wagering requirements linked to a bonus have not been met, withdrawals may be restricted.
cd33 bat reserves the right to verify any withdrawal request. In cases of suspected suspicious activity, withdrawals may be placed on hold until an investigation is completed.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

cd33 bat offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Wagering requirements apply to this bonus.

5.1 Bonus Wagering Requirements

Before any bonus can be withdrawn, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus will be ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000.

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

  • A bonus may only be usable on specific games or betting markets.
  • Only one welcome bonus will be given per account.
  • If bonus misuse is found, the bonus and any related winnings will be cancelled.
  • cd33 bat reserves the right to change or discontinue any promotion.

6 Game Rules

cd33 bat offers casino games, slots, live casino, cricket betting, football betting, and other sports betting services. Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed when the game is launched.

6.1 Betting Rules

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, cd33 bat will take action in accordance with the applicable policy.
  • Betting odds may change at any time; the odds on a confirmed bet will remain unchanged.

6.2 Game Results

All game results are determined through an independent Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer. cd33 bat does not influence the outcome of any game. If a dispute arises over a game result, cd33 bat's decision shall be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cd33 bat:

  • Operating multiple accounts or using an account on behalf of another person.
  • Strategic betting (arbitrage, low-risk betting, etc.) with the intent to unfairly claim bonus or promotion benefits.
  • Using software, bots, or automation tools to manipulate games or the betting system.
  • Engaging in harmful or abusive behaviour towards other users.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or with funds from illegal sources.
  • Hacking cd33 bat's systems or carrying out any form of cyber attack.

If a user is found to be involved in any of the above prohibited activities, cd33 bat reserves the right to immediately cancel the account and forfeit the balance. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

8 Mobile App

cd33 bat is available for Android (APK) and iOS. The app must be obtained through official channels. The same terms that apply to the web version also apply to the mobile app.

cd33 bat will not be held responsible for any security issues resulting from downloading the app from a third-party source. Only the app obtained through official channels is considered safe and the latest version.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your account at any time through the support channels. A self-exclusion option is also available as part of responsible gaming.

9.2 Suspension by cd33 bat

cd33 bat may suspend or cancel any account for the following reasons:

  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Registering with false information.
  • Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
  • The account remaining inactive for an extended period.

The valid balance of an account closed for legitimate reasons will be returned. However, the balance of an account cancelled due to a breach of terms may be forfeited.

10 Limitation of Liability

cd33 bat is committed to providing its services to the highest standard. However, cd33 bat is not liable for the following:

  • Any loss caused by an internet connection failure.
  • Any loss caused by issues with the user's own device or software.
  • Delays or failures by a third-party payment provider.
  • Financial losses resulting from playing games — gambling or betting is inherently risky.

cd33 bat will not be liable under any circumstances for indirect or incidental losses. Total liability will in no case exceed the total deposits made by the user in that month.

11 Privacy and Data Protection
